How the Purchasing Process Works

Provide your organization information, requested products, estimated quantity, shipping destination, intended use, and requested timeline.
Tax-exempt documentation may also be submitted when applicable.

IVORIE reviews the request to confirm product availability, quantity, production requirements, fulfillment needs, shipping considerations, and project feasibility.
Step 4: Quote, Draft Order or Invoice
After the order specifications are confirmed, the appropriate quote, draft order, or invoice is prepared.
Step 5: Payment
Bulk, institutional, sponsored, custom, and organizational orders are purchaser-funded and prepaid.
Production and fulfillment begin only after required payment has been successfully processed and cleared.
IVORIE does not currently provide purchasing on credit, post-production billing, or Net-30 terms unless expressly agreed to in writing.
Step 6: Production & Fulfillment
After payment and applicable specifications are confirmed, the order is coordinated through the appropriate production, manufacturing, and fulfillment partners.
Production and delivery timelines vary according to the products, quantity, destination, manufacturing requirements, and fulfillment capacity.
Purchaser-Funded Orders
IVORIE does not provide complimentary inventory or independently pay production, shipping, event, program, or distribution expenses on behalf of purchasers, organizations, sponsors, or recipients.
Organizations and sponsors are responsible for funding the products and applicable order costs associated with their purchase unless IVORIE expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Tax-Exempt Purchasing
Qualified organizations may submit valid sales-tax exemption documentation for review before applicable taxes are finalized.
Submission of documentation does not automatically establish eligibility.
International Purchasing
International schools, businesses, nonprofits, institutions, agencies, programs, and organizations are welcome to submit purchasing inquiries.

Can I photocopy pages for a classroom or program?
No, unless IVORIE has provided express written authorization.
Purchasing a product does not transfer reproduction or distribution rights.
