Standard Retail Orders

Quality Standards
Ivorie Books products are printed or manufactured on demand.

Verified Manufacturing or Fulfillment Issues
Any manufacturing defect, fulfillment error, or shipping damage must be reported within seven days of delivery.
Please provide:

• Clear photographs of the affected product
• Photographs of the packaging
• Photograph of the shipping label
After review, a verified manufacturing or fulfillment issue may qualify for a replacement or refund in accordance with the applicable production partner’s quality-assurance procedures.
Large institutional orders may require additional documentation and review before a resolution is approved.
Third-Party Retailers
Orders placed through Amazon or another third-party retailer are subject to that retailer’s customer-service, return, replacement, and refund policies.
Ivorie Books may not be able to directly issue a refund or replacement for a transaction completed through an external marketplace.

Why do the mandala books contain blank pages?
The blank pages are intentionally included to provide space for personal reflection, notes, and free writing while also helping reduce transfer or smudging between coloring pages.
What coloring materials are recommended?
Colored pencils and crayons are recommended. When using markers, place a protective blank sheet behind the page to help reduce ink transfer.
